Friday 7th May 2021 - Initial video conference to meet rest of project team and discuss the project.
Friday 7th May 2021 - Began initial research into how the hollow lens system works using the Microsoft website and uploaded content - very interesting.
Sunday 9th May 2021 - Generated basic mind map for project, ideas, limitations, questions for PM, resources, timings etc.
Friday 14th May 2021 - Met with project manager to discuss project and specifics for the automotive side of project.
Monday 17th May 2021 - Met with Ben from Fab Lab for a demonstration of the Hollow Lens (delayed to technical issues) and some of its functions.
Thursday 19th May 2021 - Discussed project with potential volunteers in my Level 3 refinishing group, explained project outline how they could help with the research.
Friday 20th May 2021 - Email conversation with Ben to arrange demonstration and collection of now functioning Hollow lens
Friday 20th May - Meeting with PM to update on progress and discuss project. Discussed usability of the different platforms being trialled (Asana and Wix) and also overall plan for coming week. Agreed to test Hollow lens personally then do first brief trial with learners on 27th May.
