Debbie's smart glasses blog

I'm really excited about getting started with our new smart glasses project. We are going to be trialing the use of smart glasses in three different areas of a further education college. Sam will be using Snapchat glasses with her management and professional studies learners, Mo will be using Vuzix Blade glasses with construction learners and Tom will be using Hololens 2 mixed reality glasses with automotive learners. They will all be keeping individual blogs to reflect on their experiences and I thought it would be fitting to keep a blog myself, as project manager and keen Ed Tech user! I'm looking forward to sharing some of our experiences with you.

So, we're now starting to get hold of our smart glasses and our expert teachers are looking to trial the use of their glasses in the next week, ready to use with learners after the half-term break. Sam, Tom and Mo all have some great ideas on how their glasses can be used to support assessment for/of learning in their subject areas. I can't wait to see how they get on!
